Social Classes

Russell & Nadine conduct Social Dance Classes and Private Lessons in Te Atatu Peninsula on a weekly basis.

We have classes to cater for Beginners who have never danced before or who know a little and need to brush up their skills. Depending upon the number of weeks in the course, these classes cover the basics of Waltz, Social Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha and Rock n Roll and are open to all age groups from 16-80.

All classes have a fun, friendly atmosphere and many of their pupils find that they enjoy the classes so much they want to carry on, and move into the Improvers/Advanced classes where they practise and build on the steps they have learnt in the Beginners Class, together with new dances including Rumba, Samba, Jive, Salsa, Foxtrot, Tango, Veleta and New Vogue dances depending upon interest.

We do not make couples change partners - you can stay with the person you came with throughout the class.

We are now taking enrolments for our next Beginners Course starting on :

Thursday 1st July 2010 - 7-8pm - 4 weeks - Learn basics of Waltz, Foxtrot & Rock n Roll
Te Atatu Peninsula Union Church Hall

The above course is 4-weeks duration at total cost of $40 per person.  Fees are payable in full upon enrolment or before first lesson commences.

Private Lessons are available at Te Atatu Peninsula on a Tuesday and Thursday night. Learn just the dances you want to. Cost for a couple $30/half hour. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
