# We have a Showroom in Te Atatu Peninsula - if you would like to view or try on shoes, please email or phone us for an appointment - we are able to see you at various times including after hours and weekends.  You will be given professional advice on shoes for your particular style of dance.  You will be under no obligation to buy.  We regret that we are unable to give refunds because you change your mind when shoes have been personally chosen and tried on.

# We are able to do mail order throughout New Zealand - see sizing advice below or you can send us a drawing of your foot, just remember to put your weight on the foot being drawn and have someone else do it if possible.  If you can also measure the longest and widest part of your foot and mark this on the drawing it is helpful.  Freight and handling will be charged on mail order shoes.  If they aren't suitable, you may return them in "as new condition" within 7 days for a refund of the cost of the shoes, freight charges are not refundable.  Return freight charges are your responsibility.  We suggest that you wear stockings when trying on shoes and that you walk only on a clean surface as we cannot give refunds for shoes that have dirty soles or innersoles upon return.

# Payment by Cash, Cheque or Direct Bank Credit only - sorry, in order to keep costs of shoes down, we do not have EFTPOS or Credit Card facilities.

# All sizes for Werner Kern are equivalent to English, ie Ladies deduct 2.5 sizes from your NZ multiple fit size for closed-in style, 3 sizes smaller for open toed styles, men's sizes are mostly equivalent to NZ sizes.  Size can however vary according to width of style and of your foot.  Berain budget ladies sizes are approximately equivalent of NZ sizes.  Berain Practice Shoe is large sizing and can be up to one size larger than NZ equivalent, ie if you are 7.5 in NZ you will be a 6.5 in this style.
